How to Find the Sofitel London Heathrow Hotel

Sofitel London Heathrow is directly attached to Heathrow Terminal 5 via a covered footbridge.

By Road

From North: M1/M40/M11 – M25 then exit at Junction 14 signposted to Heathrow.

Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow.

From South: M3/M23 – M25 then exit at Junction 14 to Heathrow Terminal 5. Follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow.

From East: Exit at Junction 4 from M4 signposted to Heathrow Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow.

From West: M4 - M25 then exit at Junction 14 to Heathrow Terminal 5 and then follow signs for Sofitel London Heathrow.

By Railway

Take the Heathrow Express Train or Elizabeth Line to Heathrow Terminal 5. Then follow signs on Arrivals level for Sofitel London Heathrow directing you to the lifts and footbridge taking you directly to the hotel.

By Underground

Take the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Terminal 5. Then follow signs on Arrivals level for Sofitel London Heathrow directing you to the lifts and footbridge taking you directly to the hotel.

From Terminal 1, 2 and 3

Take the Heathrow Express Train which runs between 05:00am and 11:30pm, free of charge, for travel in between Terminals. The Heathrow Express train runs every 15 minutes and takes approximatively 6 minutes to reach Terminal 5.

Once at Terminal 5 platform, take the escalators to the ground floor. Turn left and pass the Underground lifts then turn left again and head towards the exit. Before the exit doors you will see two lifts (on your right-hand side) signed posted “Sofitel Hotel”. Take the lift to the first floor, then turn right and walk down the corridor to the hotel which will lead you to the hotel reception desks (approximatively 4 minutes).

From Terminal 4

Take the Heathrow Connect Train to Heathrow Central (direction Terminal 1, 2, 3) and change to the opposite platform for a connecting train to Terminal 5 (via the Heathrow Express Train).

The Heathrow Express Train runs between 5:00am and 11:30pm, is free of charge, and runs every 15 minutes and takes approximatively 6 minutes to reach Terminal 5. Once at Terminal 5 platform, take the escalators to the ground floor. Turn left and pass the Underground lifts then turn left again to head towards the exit. From Terminal 5: International Arrivals

On arrival you will be directed to the Arrival Lounge (ground floor). From the Arrival exit doors, walk towards the UK Arrivals, and with Heathrow Express Train (for Central London) ticket desk on your left. Before the last exit doors, you will see two lifts (on your right-hand side) signed posted “Sofitel Hotel”. Take the lift on the first floor, then turn right and walk down the corridor to the hotel which will lead you to the hotel reception desks (approximatively 4 minutes).

UK Arrivals

On arrival you will be directed to the Arrival Lounge (ground floor). From the Arrival exit doors, turn right after the coffee shop and head towards the exit.

Before the last exit doors, you will see two lifts (on your right-hand side) signed posted “Sofitel Hotel”. Take the lift on the first floor, then turn right and walk down the corridor to the hotel which will lead you to the hotel reception desks (approximatively 4 minutes).
