ChannelCon 2025 FAQ
ChannelCon 2025 will be held in Nashville, TN for the first time! We’re looking forward to the energy and collaboration of connecting face-to-face. Expect the same world-class experience of previous ChannelCon events, full of inspiring and educational content to help you stay on top of tech industry trends and build a more successful business.
The event will be held in Nashville at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from Tuesday, July 29, through Thursday, July 31, 2025—bringing you three days of valuable insight, education and networking opportunities.
ChannelCon attendance is included in your GTIA membership—including unlimited, complimentary registrations for your entire staff. Non-member fees can be found here. MSP fees include a year of GTIA membership and vendor, distributor and associate fees can be applied to membership.
Registering for ChannelCon now ensures your spot in Nashville. Don’t forget to encourage your colleagues and extended network to attend. Closer to the event, registrants will have access to the MyChannelCon mobile app, allowing you to build your event agenda, connect with other attendees and access the Technology Vendor Fair. Each attendee must show a government-issued photo ID and pick up their own badge.
We are hard at work planning for an informative and inspiring three days of live, interactive sessions to help you connect and build the tools and solutions necessary to grow your business. Check the website for daily agenda information coming in mid-May.
If you are interested in presenting at the event, please complete the GTIA ChannelCon 2025 Call for Speakers form by April 18, 2025.
ChannelCon will include plenty of networking time to encourage and inspire new connections, engagements and partnerships in a fun, relaxed and vendor-neutral environment. Closer to the conference, you will be able to download the MyChannelCon event app to maximize your networking opportunities. Through the app, you will be able to connect with other attendees before, during, and after the event.

To highlight the values and goals of the organization, GTIA has adopted a code of conduct and harassment policy that will be one of the guiding principles for ChannelCon attendees. By registering for ChannelCon you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
By registering for ChannelCon, you acknowledge that photographs and video will be taken throughout the event. You grant GTIA the right to record and use any footage containing your likeness and/or your voice during the event for any reason. You also understand that GTIA may use a recording or footage for its legitimate interest in broadcasting the event and/or promoting this, or future, events. By registering for ChannelCon, you acknowledge and agree, any personal information that you provide and/or any information generated by your registration may be shared with GTIA or any of its affiliates, partners, and/or event vendors and that you may be contacted in connection with any future GTIA offering or event information. Please note: GTIA does not share information or make information available for purchase to any third parties. Scammers offering to sell ChannelCon lists often aggregate information based on web crawler or email “scraper” programs. This practice is illegal in many countries, but it does not prevent scammers from attempting to sell to unsuspecting customers. Please do not engage with and/or acquire/purchase any list from any company claiming to have use of GTIA ChannelCon conference database, attendees or exhibitor information as it puts you and others' contact information at risk.
